Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, meanings, and responsibilities of the user, including the terms and conditions of service use and procedures provided by mystamptrip and other necessary matters.

Article 2 Effectiveness and Changes of Terms and Conditions

(1) These terms and conditions will take effect by disclosing them to the user. 

(2) The head office may change the terms and conditions in case of a change in circumstances and when there is a significant business reason, and the changed terms and conditions will take effect in the same way as in the preceding paragraph.

Article 3 Terms and Conditions and Other Rules

If matters not specified in these terms and conditions are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, the provisions shall be followed.


Chapter 2 Membership and Use of Services

Article 1 Definition of Members

A member is a general individual who is recognized as a member by the head office and has agreed to these terms and conditions, filled out the membership form for the service, and issued the 'ID' and 'password'.

Article 2 Establishment of service subscription

(1) The subscription to the service is established with the consent of the headquarters to the user's application for use and the consent of the user to the terms and conditions. 

(2) Those who wish to join as a member and use the service must provide the personal personal information requested by the headquarters. 

(3) If the headquarters approves the user's application for membership, the headquarters will notify the user of the member ID and other contents deemed necessary by the headquarters. 

(4) The ID entered at the time of membership cannot be changed, and only one ID will be issued to one person. 

(5) The headquarters will not accept any of the following applications for membership. When applying using another person's name or when he/she did not apply under his/her real name. This is when the contents of the application for membership are falsely stated. When applying for the purpose of hindering the well-being and order or the customs of society.

Article 3 Use and restriction of services

(1) In principle, the service use shall be 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, unless there is any special disruption to the company's business or technology. 

(2) The service hours referred to in the preceding paragraph may be limited after notifying the members in advance if necessary at the head office, such as regular system inspections. 

(3) Among the service contents, online counseling may not be available 24 hours a day depending on the personal circumstances of the person in charge who responds.

Article 4 User Fees for Services

(1) The service can be used free of charge by anyone registered as a member. 

(2) If the head office charges the service, the timing, policy, and cost of the service must be disclosed before the service is implemented.


Chapter 3 Withdrawal, Re-subscription, and Restriction on Use of Services

Article 1 Withdrawal of Service

(1) If a member wishes to withdraw from the service, the member himself/herself must request the cancellation of the service through e-mail. 

(2) When applying for withdrawal, please let me know your name, resident registration number, ID, phone number, and reason for cancellation, and I will cancel the subscription after confirming that it matches the registration record. 

(3) The withdrawal is canceled if you are not logged in with your existing ID and password.

Article 2 Re-subscription of services

(1) If a user who has withdrawn from the service under Article 1 wishes to re-register, the member himself/herself can request re-registration from the operator through e-mail. 

(2) When requesting re-registration, please let me know your name, resident registration number, ID, and phone number to proceed with the re-registration process. 

(3) If you log in with your existing ID and password, you will be re-registered.

Article 3 Restrictions on the Use of Services

The headquarters may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the use of the service by setting a period if a member commits any of the following acts. A. It is contrary to public order and good manners, or it is related to a criminal act. The use of the service is planned or executed for the purpose of undermining the national interest or social public interest. In case of stealing the ID and password of another person. In case of damaging or disadvantaging the reputation of another person. Case where the same user double-registers with a different ID. Case where it hinders sound use, such as harming the service. In case of violating other related laws and conditions of use set by the head office.


Chapter 4 Limitation of Liability for Services

Article 1 Online consultation

(1) The headquarters strives to maintain security as best as possible so that the contents of counseling by members or users of the service are not leaked to third parties except the counseling doctor and the service manager. However, the headquarters is not responsible for disclosing or losing the contents of the consultation in the following cases. A. When the password is leaked due to the user's carelessness and the contents of the consultation are disclosed. This is the case when the user deletes the consultation using the 'delete' function. If the contents of the consultation are disclosed or lost due to a natural disaster or other situation beyond the control of the headquarters 

(2) For a comprehensive and appropriate answer to the consultation requested by the member, the person in charge can refer to the contents of the consultation and answers. 

(3) The contents of the consultation conducted in the service can be used for the following purposes after deleting personal information. A. Academic activities, printouts, CD-ROMs, etc. Part of the contents of services such as FAQs, recommendation counseling, etc....

(4) Answers to counseling are subjective answers based on the knowledge of each person in charge and do not represent the service opinions of the headquarters. 

(5) If you apply for the following counseling, you may not provide all or part of online counseling. A. If you apply for counseling with the same contents repeatedly, or if you apply for counseling using expressions that go against common sense

Article 2 Information Services

(1) The information provided in the Service is sketchy, general, and intended only for informational purposes. The information or counseling provided in the Service may never replace a medical diagnosis. The information or counseling provided in the Service is by no means intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about the health status of the Member, you should seek an actual professional doctor's diagnosis. Under no circumstances should you ignore the doctor's diagnosis or delay his diagnosis, treatment because of the information provided by the Service. 

(2) We do not recommend any specific tests, products, or treatments mentioned in the Service. All opinions expressed in the Service are those of the Consultant. The Company shall not be responsible for any documents or contents of counseling provided in the Service. 

(3) Accepting the information of the Service, the opinions of other Members or Visitors who use the Service or specialists participate in the Service shall be entirely at the discretion of the User. Therefore, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, injury or other disadvantages resulting from the use, information, ideas or instructions of any products provided to Members.

CHAPTER V Duties

Article 1 Duties of a Company

(1) The headquarters allows members to use the service unless there are special circumstances. 

(2) The headquarters is obligated to provide services continuously and stably as stipulated in these terms and conditions. 

(3) The headquarters shall process opinions raised by the members through appropriate procedures, and if it takes a certain period of time to process, the members shall be informed of the reason and the processing schedule.

Article 2 Obligations of Security of Member Information

(1) Members are responsible for all management of their IDs and passwords. 

(2) Members agree to receive e-mails of services sent as part of their services. 

(3) If their IDs are used illegally, members must notify the headquarters of that fact. 

(4) The headquarters does not sell or provide information that can identify individuals to third parties that are not related to the headquarters without prior permission from members or users. However, the headquarters may utilize the registered information provided voluntarily in the following cases: a. Provide developers with information necessary to develop new functions, information, and services that are useful to members. Provide advertisers with statistical (never revealing the identity of individual members) information about service members and user groups. 

(5) When used by the company to conduct advertisements or services according to members and users' preferences, information that can identify individuals (user name, ID, e-mail address, etc.) may be voluntarily disclosed in communication spaces such as bulletin boards (communication spaces). In such cases, public information may be collected, associated, used, and may receive unwanted messages from third parties. Such actions by third parties cannot be controlled by the headquarters. Therefore, the headquarters provides no guarantee of the possibility of discovery of member information by means beyond our control. 

(6) The headquarters may use Cookie technology for convenience in service use. A cookie is a small text file used by websites to identify returning users and help them continue to access and provide personalized services. Usually, Cookies work by giving users a unique number that means nothing outside of the site to which they are assigned Cookies. Cookies do not intrude into the user's system and are not dangerous to the user's files. We cannot prevent the service's advertisers or related third parties from using Cookies. If a member or user does not wish to collect information using Cookies, the web browser can adjust whether or not they accept Cookies. However, the use of Cookies may be necessary for services (particularly personalized information) to function properly. 

(7) The headquarters may mutually provide/utilize the information of the members as a service or between the company and the business partners.

Chapter 6 Dispute Mediation

(1) Disputes regarding the use of services arising except as provided for in this Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by bilateral agreement as much as possible. 

(2) In the event of a lawsuit against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the competent court.

Chapter 7 Guidance on Affiliate Links

The headquarters may include affiliate links to improve services and support website operations. These affiliate links are recommended by the headquarters and lead to goods or services related to the online monetization tools you are currently using. If a user makes a purchase through these links, the headquarters receives a certain commission. This is one of the ways to support the headquarters' services without additional costs to the headquarters. 

 (1) To maintain transparency, the headquarters discloses the use of the affiliate link to users. Purchasing through the affiliate link does not incur additional costs to users, and the provided commission contributes to the continued operation of the website and improvement of the service. 

(2) The goods or services provided through the partnership link are committed to providing real value to users through the strict selection criteria of commercial law in South Korea. 

(3) The headquarters is not directly responsible for all goods or services provided through the affiliate link. The purchase decision is entirely at the user's discretion, and any problems that may arise in the product selection process should be contacted by the relevant product or service provider. 

(4) The headquarters is not responsible for the content or accuracy of all external sites accessed by users through the affiliate link. The purpose of this section is to enable users to have a full understanding of the use of affiliate links at headquarters and to make informed decisions based on their trust relationship with headquarters.


These terms and conditions will take effect on February 1, 2025.
